My Story

Hey, I’m Tania — and if you’re looking for someone to sugarcoat things, that’s not me. I’m a no-BS injector, educator, and mentor who’s here to raise the bar in aesthetics. I run Ellcee Aesthetics Training, where I don’t just teach people how to inject — I show them how to build a real, lasting business with strong clinical foundations.

I started my clinic back in 2020 with no guidebook and no shortcuts — just hard lessons, grit, and a vision to do things differently. Today, I mentor other practitioners through that same journey, without the fluff or false promises this industry is known for.

I’ve got a Master’s in Human Biology, a Nursing & Midwifery diploma, and I’m a Level 5 injector working toward Level 7. I’m also a certified educator and currently studying psychology — because why not?

Outside of work, I’m a hands-on mum of two, a DIY addict, and despite sounding like Danny Dyer, I’m proudly Welsh.
