Not your average Training Academy

Hey, I’m Tania, and if you’re looking for someone who’ll sugarcoat things—you’re in the wrong place. I’m a straight-talking, no-BS aesthetician, educator, and business mentor who’s on a mission to raise the standards in this industry. I run The Surrey Academy of Facial Aesthetics, where I don’t just teach practitioners how to inject safely—I teach them how to build a business that actually lasts. Because let’s be honest, this industry is flooded with dodgy training, fake promises, and people who see clients as nothing more than a quick payday. Not on my watch.

But let’s rewind a bit...

The Journey Here 

I started my business back in 2020, and let’s just say—I had to figure out a lot on my own. There was no roadmap, no hand-holding, just trial, error, and a whole lot of grit. Fast forward to now, and not only have I built a thriving clinic and academy, but I also mentor other practitioners on how to scale their own businesses—minus the fluff and false promises.

I have a Master’s degree in Human Biology, a Higher Education Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery, and I’m a Level 5 practitioner currently working towards my Level 7. I’m also a Level 3 Educator (so I actually know how to teach properly). Oh, and just to keep life interesting, I’m also studying for my degree in Psychology—because why not add more to my plate? 😅

Life Outside of Aesthetics

When I’m not running my business or mentoring future aesthetic powerhouses, you’ll probably find me redecorating something (because I’m an avid DIYer and can’t sit still), or juggling life as a mum to my two amazing kids—Leah (almost 21) and Charlie (8), who has Level 3 Autism and keeps me on my toes. Oh, and fun fact—despite sounding like Danny Dyer, I’m actually Welsh. (Yes, I get that a lot.)
